Holland & Knight Partner Mark Francis Appointed to IAPP Certification Advisory Board

NEW YORK (December 12, 2022) – Holland & Knight Partner Mark Francis has been appointed to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certification Advisory Board for a two-year period beginning Jan. 1, 2023.

Francis currently serves on the IAPP CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional)/US Exam Development Board, with a term ending on December 31. The Certification Advisory Board oversees certifications and advises on policy decisions. Mr. Francis joins the esteemed board that currently includes members from Omnicom, Deloitte and Lockheed Martin, to name a few.

According to its website, the IAPP is the largest and most comprehensive global information privacy community and resource. Founded in 2000, the IAPP is a not-for-profit organization that helps define, promote and improve the privacy profession globally.
