Holland & Knight Advises Nutritious Can Be Delicious and Innovoali in Partnership

MONTERREY, MEXICO (August 30, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Nutritious Can Be Delicious, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Innovoali, S.A. de C.V., an affiliate of Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: BIMBO), on a partnership agreement that will help both companies deliver top tier gluten-free, high-quality ingredients, non-GMO and healthy products to the market. The partnership was announced on August 23.

Based in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Nutritious Can Be Delicious is a family-owned business that provides gluten-free products of the highest quality to consumers, including people with celiac disease, allergies, intolerances, diabetes or other dietary restrictions.

Innovoali, headquartered in Mexico City, provides sustainable and nutritious baked goods and snacks.
