Holland & Knight Advises StoneCreek Capital in Independent Sponsor Investment of U.S. Cabinet Depot
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 13, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised StoneCreek Capital, an independent sponsor, in connection with an investment in U.S. Cabinet Depot (USCD), a wholesaler distributor of ready-to-assemble kitchen and bath products, alongside The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm, and MERK Capital Corporation, a private equity firm. Terms of the transaction, announced on March 11, were not disclosed.
USCD has experienced tremendous growth, and this investment will enable USCD to accelerate domestic expansion efforts.
