Rick Bange Appointed Executive Partner of Holland & Knight’s Charlotte Office
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 7, 2024) – Holland & Knight has named Rick Bange executive partner of the firm's Charlotte, North Carolina, office. Mr. Bange will manage the daily operations of the office, while continuing his mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity practice. Mr. Bange replaces Tim Ryan, who has served as executive partner since the office opened in 2016.

Mr. Bange joined Holland & Knight in 2022 with a team of lawyers who focus on M&A and private equity. Mr. Bange represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in evaluating, structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, mezzanine investments and recapitalizations. He is recognized as a leading lawyer in his area by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
In the community, Mr. Bange serves on the board of directors of The Fletcher School, a K-12 school for children with learning differences. He is a past board member of the Alexander Youth Network, Levine Museum of the New South and Benefactors Society Board of the College of Arts & Sciences at University of Virginia.
