Real Estate Partner Kate Pennartz Joins Holland & Knight in Dallas

DALLAS (June 2, 2025) – Holland & Knight has strengthened its leading Real Estate Section with the addition of Kate Pennartz as a partner in Dallas. She was previously a partner with Squire Patton Boggs.

Ms. Pennartz focuses on representing clients in matters concerning the acquisition, construction, development, financing, leasing and disposition of various commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums and industrial sites. She assists clients in the origination and restructuring of acquisition and construction loans, mezzanine loans and private placements of debt and equity, as well as the formation and structuring of joint ventures and other investment vehicles for both developers and institutional investors in real estate projects. In addition, Ms. Pennartz advises corporate clients in mergers, acquisitions and corporate financings involving real estate components.

Ms. Pennartz earned a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
