Holland & Knight Recognized as M&A Law Firm of the Year at 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards
NEW YORK (November 24, 2025) – Holland & Knight was recognized as M&A Law Firm of the Year at 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, presented by The M&A Advisor. The winners were announced at the M&A Advisor Awards Gala on November 19 in New York.
Notable deals that the Firm closed in 2025 include the representation of Redwire in its $925 million acquisition of Edge Autonomy; advising Pacific Premier Bancorp in its $2.4 billion merger with Columbia Banking System; the representation of Intermex in its $500 million sale to Western Union; advising Hometown Food in its $600 million acquisition of Chef Boyardee Brand; and the representation of Harvest Hill in its sale to Castillo Hermanos.
