Dara Lynn Freytag Joins Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services Group in Boston

BOSTON (December 8, 2025) – Holland & Knight has strengthened its Private Wealth Services Group, the largest practice of its kind in the country, with the addition of Partner Dara Lynn Freytag in Boston.

Ms. Freytag's experience includes advising clients on multigenerational wealth transfers, business succession planning, gift and income tax planning, charitable planning, prenuptial agreements and estate administration. She is well versed in drafting and designing sophisticated estate plans and transfer tax planning strategies. Ms. Freytag began her legal career working in the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court in Canton, Massachusetts, and in the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Boston prior to entering private practice.

Ms. Freytag is recognized for her leadership in professional organizations, including the Boston Bar Association and Boston Estate Planning Council, where she serves on the board of directors.

Ms. Freytag earned a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School, an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree from Tufts University.
