Holland & Knight Advises ArtCap on Senior Secured Financing for Wholesale Distributor Sahuayo

NEW YORK (April 2, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented ArtCap Advisory Services Ltd. (ArtCap) in connection with a dual-currency senior secured term loan and Mexican peso revolving credit facility for Impulsora Sahuayo S.A. de C.V. and its subsidiaries. The deal closed on February 27.

Sahuayo is a leading company in the distribution sector in Mexico, and the financing will enhance the company's working capital to further develop its business.
