Holland & Knight Advises Confipetrol on $100 Million Syndicated Loan

BOGOTÁ (November 6, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Confipetrol S.A.S. in connection with a $100 million syndicated credit facility led by Banco Santander Colombia and Banco Santander Perú, with the participation of a syndicate of 13 Colombian and Peruvian banks. The transaction closed on October 13.

The financing includes Colombian, Peruvian and Mexican co-obligors. It also uses a complex fiduciary structure with autonomous trusts (patrimonios autónomos) in Colombia and Peru.

Headquartered in Bogotá, Confipetrol helps clients in the oil and gas, mining, energy and manufacturing sectors optimize the life cycle of their industrial facilities, as well as reduce operating costs and improve asset performance.
