Overview

Jong Heon "Jeff" Baek is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Baek focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.

Mr. Baek represents clients in various industries, including government contracting, defense, information technology and healthcare.

While in law school, Mr. Baek was a staff member of the William & Mary Law Review and an executive member of the Business Law Society. In addition, he interned at a law firm in Washington, D.C., that focused in international project finance and investments.

While pursuing his dual degree in international relations, Mr. Baek was a legal research assistant for Professor Obiora C. Okafor, a former United Nations independent expert on human rights and international solidarity.

Prior to law school, Mr. Baek worked as an investment analyst at a Korean private equity firm and a financial analyst at one of the Big Four accounting firms.
