Caroline Elizabeth Barber

Caroline Barber is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Barber focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

While in law school, Ms. Barber was the business editor for The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable James L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Prior to law school, Ms. Barber worked for a major international law firm in New York City.
