Overview
John R. Cauble is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. Mr. Cauble's practice focuses on a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings and joint ventures.
Mr. Cauble previously served as chairman of the annual finance conference sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and has spoken on joint venture topics as well as on real property purchase and sale agreements at a variety of programs and conferences.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Cauble was an attorney for a boutique national real estate law firm in Los Angeles.
