Overview
Noah Q. Curtin is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the International Trade Group. Mr. Curtin's practice focuses on a broad range of international trade and national security matters, including those relating to export controls, sanctions, customs, trade policy, foreign investment and industrial security.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Curtin interned with several federal agencies. At the U.S. Department of Commerce, he worked on matters related to anti-forced labor laws, foreign investment and trade policy. He also worked for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he focused on international trade and government contracts disputes. In addition, Mr. Curtin served in the Office of Commissioner Max Vekich at the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC), assisting with rule promulgation and maritime policy.
While in law school, Mr. Curtin was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, where he researched administrative legal issues surrounding Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.
In the community, Mr. Curtin regularly assists with an initiative that partners with a local food bank to distribute food and groceries to refugees who have resettled in Northern Virginia.
