Overview

Toni Dunkley is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate investment, development, leasing and finance.

Ms. Dunkley represents private and institutional investors, purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, managers, developers and owners in commercial real estate nationwide. Her experience encompasses drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and lease documentation, comprehensive real estate diligence (including the review and resolution of complex title, survey and zoning matters) and managing closings.

In addition, Ms. Dunkley has experience in housing advocacy, immigration law and nonprofit business organizations through clinic participation and internship with the Fairfax County Government.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dunkley was a real estate attorney at a global law firm in its Washington, D.C., office.

While attending law school, Ms. Dunkley served as a senior solicitations and submissions editor for the Howard Law Journal, as well as a teaching assistant for contracts law and a student attorney in the Fair Housing Clinic, representing tenants in D.C. Superior Court.
