Isaac F. Fuhrman

Isaac F. Fuhrman advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on U.S. federal income, gift and estate tax matters involving cross-border investments, business activities and wealth planning. A private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office, Isaac counsels foreign and domestic clients on U.S. real estate investments, pre-immigration tax planning and other international private client and tax matters.

Additionally, Isaac assists clients with the formation and administration of domestic and international corporate and trust structures. His background in corporate transactions complements his private wealth practice, particularly when clients' tax, investment and business interests intersect.

Before joining the Wealth & Tax Section, Isaac was a member of Holland & Knight's Corporate Services Team, where he handled mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, cross-border transactions and other corporate matters.

Before law school, he was a senior consultant in the advisory practice of a large accounting firm. Isaac also previously worked as a law clerk in the financial services regulatory group of a national law firm and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While attending law school, he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review.
