María Camila Gámez Baracaldo is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Gámez focuses her practice on financial technology (FinTech) regulation, data protection, consumer protection, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Ms. Gámez advises private sector technology companies on strategic legal matters, guiding them through regulatory compliance challenges, structuring complex contracts and developing innovative digital products within highly regulated environments. Her approach combines technical precision with a business-oriented perspective, enabling clients to achieve sustainable growth while mitigating legal and operational risks.
