Jonathan Guest is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office.
Mr. Guest represents companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of corporate and financial transactions, including debt offerings, initial public offerings (IPOs) or other equity offerings, tender offers and consent solicitations, acquisition financings, loan transactions, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Mr. Guest advises clients on a variety of transactions across an array of industries, such as technology, healthcare, gaming, real estate and natural resources.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Guest was an associate in a large law firm in New York City.
