Overview
Sulan He is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. He focuses her practice on a broad range of international trade regulatory and transactional matters, including U.S. economic sanctions and embargoes, export controls, customs laws and national security reviews. She also advocates for the interests of the U.S. and foreign industries before the agencies of the U.S. government.
Ms. He also has experience advising companies on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws.
Prior to rejoining Holland & Knight, Ms. He worked in the Shanghai office of another major international firm, handling internal and government investigations matters.
During law school, Ms. He served as an article editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law and a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael P. Linfield of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She also devoted her time to providing legal assistance to local entrepreneurs and advancing the interests of the economically disadvantaged mothers in the District of Columbia
