Madison Houghton

Madison Houghton is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate Services Team. Ms. Houghton focuses her practice on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Houghton was a summer associate in the Chicago office, where she gained experience working with a wide range of attorneys across several practice groups.

Before law school, Ms. Houghton worked for a leading provider of fund administration and corporate services to the alternative investment industry as a quality assurance professional in North America.
