Justin M. Jackson

Justin M. Jackson is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Jackson represents financial institutions, private equity firms and other private and public companies in connection with the negotiation and documentation of a variety of transactions, including cash flow financings, acquisition financings, real estate financings and asset-based financings.

While in law school, Mr. Jackson was an associate editor for the UCLA Law Review.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Jackson was a renewable project finance attorney for a leading international firm in Los Angeles.
