Overview

Hanna Lee Jolkovsky is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight’s Century City office and a member of the firm's Labor, Employment & Benefits Group. Ms. Jolkovsky advises and represents employers across a broad range of employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination. She has significant experience defending employers against complex wage-and-hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Jolkovsky was a litigation associate at another multinational law firm in Los Angeles, where she represented clients in all phases of commercial and labor and employment disputes. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Jolkovsky served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gina M. Groh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.

While in law school, Ms. Jolkovsky served as the literary citation editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable George H. Wu of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Jolkovsky is particularly proud of her participation in Pepperdine's Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where she successfully briefed and argued a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
