Previously, she practiced at national and international law firms focusing on private client, partnership, corporate and international tax matters, including sophisticated multijurisdictional structuring.
Before returning to private practice, Ms. Jones held senior positions in investment banking and management consulting, advising on M&A, restructurings, public offerings, private financings, venture capital transactions and strategic business matters.
