Monica Kwok

Monica Kwok is a private equity attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Kwok has significant experience representing search funds, independent sponsors and traditional private equity clients in a broad range of general corporate advisory and transactional matters. Her nationally recognized practice centers on private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures and other strategic transactions.
