Overview

Sara La Vigna is a technology transactions attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. La Vigna advises clients on complex information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) matters, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and software as a service (SaaS) arrangements.

Ms. La Vigna's practice also encompasses technology licensing, commercialization and a broad range of commercial and technology-focused agreements.

Prio to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. La Vigna counseled organizations across a wide range of industries on data privacy compliance, cybersecurity risk management and data breach preparedness and response.

While in law school, Ms. La Vigna served as a notes and comments editor for the Florida Law Review.
