Overview

Kelly Depew Metz is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Ms. Metz is experienced in handling a wide range of commercial real estate matters as counsel for investors, lenders, developers, builders, landlords and tenants, as well as public and private entities.

Ms. Metz assists clients with acquiring, financing, developing, leasing, selling and managing commercial real estate across the U.S., including office buildings, retail and shopping centers, large-scale residential communities, residential and commercial condominiums, multifamily and mixed-use developments, warehouse and industrial parks, hotels and resorts, farms and ranches, and build-to-suit properties. 

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Metz was an attorney in the San Antonio office of a prominent national law firm focusing on complex real estate transactions.
