Katya Mingov

Katya Mingov is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Mingov focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, asset and stock acquisitions, private equity and general corporate governance.

While in law school, Ms. Mingov served as a notes and comments editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She also served as the content and editorial chair of the Dispute Resolution Team and as a student mediator at the school's Mediation Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ms. Mingov worked at a boutique litigation finance firm in Toronto.
