Overview
Sarah Morain is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Morain focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and white collar defense and investigations.
During law school, Ms. Morain competed on the school's National Trial Team and took first place at the Quinnipiac ABA Criminal Justice Trial Competition in 2019. She interned as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) for the Eastern District of Virginia in the criminal division, where she worked on cases involving violent crime, child exploitation, corruption and civil rights. Ms. Morain also served as an articles editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Morain worked for the Fort Collins, Colorado, Chamber of Commerce as a communications liaison between member businesses and the government advocacy team.
