Josafat Paredes is a Mexico City attorney who focuses his practice on international trade, regulatory compliance and arbitration.
Mr. Paredes has experience with national and international sanitary and phytosanitary regulation, particularly related to genetically modified organisms. He is also well-versed in importation, exportation and mobilization of products of plant, animal and aquaculture origin.
His experience includes serving as legal counselor and representative of a global liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) company group in an investor-state dispute settlement procedure under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
