Overview

Karolyn Perry is a commercial litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Perry represents clients in the healthcare, health services and financial services industries.

Ms. Perry has experience with all phases of litigation from investigation to trial, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Ms. Perry has represented parties in single-party civil disputes, administrative appeals and class action litigation. Her experience prosecuting and defending cases in both state and federal courts enables her to craft informed legal strategies for clients on both sides of the aisle.

Ms. Perry's pragmatic approach to litigation, including her proficiency in e-Discovery, allows her to efficiently and effectively serve clients' various needs. She has assisted clients in matters spanning from physician buyout and equity disputes, shareholder disputes, indemnity disputes, investor and lender disputes, franchisee-franchisor disputes, general contract disputes (including non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants) and disputes involving business torts.
