Tiffany A. Roddenberry is an associate in Holland & Knight's Tallahassee office and practices commercial, administrative and appellate litigation. Ms. Roddenberry’s experience includes litigation involving government contracts and bid protests, public records laws and antitrust. She has also authored amicus curiae briefs on behalf of clients on significant civil justice reform issues before the Florida Supreme Court and Florida’s district courts of appeal.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Roddenberry clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Hinkle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the Honorable Frank M. Hull of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before attending law school, she worked as an analyst for the Florida Governor's Office of Policy and Budget, where she analyzed legislation and issued recommendations on the budget requests of two state agencies – the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the Department of Military Affairs.
