Ana M. Rodríguez is an intellectual property (IP) attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Rodríguez focuses on providing comprehensive legal services related to the protection, management and enforcement of intangible assets. These assets include IP rights such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, trade secrets and matters related to unfair competition.

Ms. Rodríguez has a deep understanding of local and international IP laws, as well as a proactive approach to managing and protecting valuable intangible assets in an increasingly competitive global market. She offers comprehensive advice to national and international clients from various sectors on all aspects of IP law.
