Chris Rosene

Chris Rosene is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. Mr. Rosene works with startups, growth-stage businesses and the investors who support them on entity formations, venture financings, secondary offerings and strategic transactions.

Mr. Rosene takes a practical, business-first approach to legal counsel. He has advised on hundreds of venture capital financings and regularly helps founders and investors structure deals and navigate corporate governance and securities law matters. His focus is on delivering clear, actionable guidance that supports innovation and accelerates growth.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rosene practiced at several nationally recognized law firms, where he advised on complex corporate and transactional matters. Prior to law school, he worked for a high-growth e-commerce company, giving him firsthand insight into the operational challenges and strategic decisions that shape successful businesses.

While in law school, Mr. Rosene was a member of the UCLA Law Review.
