Overview

Billy Sahachartsiri is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office and a member of the Labor, Employment and Benefits Group.

Mr. Sahachartsiri represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. He also defends employers in complex wage and hour class actions and representative actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) involving off-the-clock, overtime, minimum wage, and meal and rest break claims. 

In addition, Mr. Sahachartsiri regularly counsels employers on a wide range of issues such as proper employee classification, hiring processes and procedures, termination and disciplinary decisions, arbitration agreements, accommodations, employment policies and handbooks, and wage and hour compliance. He has experience representing and counseling clients across multiple industries, including technology, entertainment, retail, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Sahachartsiri was an attorney at the Los Angeles office of a large national law firm.  

While in law school, Mr. Sahachartsiri served as articles editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and as co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
