Overview
Maggie Sandwith has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters, including office, retail, shopping center, industrial and warehouse leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financings and construction projects. She represents developers and owners with respect to acquiring and managing real property, national healthcare companies with hospital and health system acquisitions and with leasing arrangements involving medical office buildings and healthcare facilities, and first-class commercial tenants and subtenants throughout the United States. She also assists with the real estate aspects of private equity and commercial finance transactions.
Previously, Ms. Sandwith gained valuable real estate law experience serving as legal counsel at a privately owned and operated commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, long-term ownership and management of shopping centers, office buildings, and apartments throughout the United States.
