Overview

Austin Schulz is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office and a member of the firm's Labor, Employment and Benefits Group.

Mr. Schulz represents employers in a variety of litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, medical leave and accommodation, wrongful termination, breach of contract and employee mobility. Mr. Schulz also has experience litigating group action lawsuits brought by state and federal employment agencies, including the California Civil Rights Department (formerly known as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

In addition, Mr. Schulz routinely provides advice and counsel to employers regarding wage and hour compliance, employee discipline and termination, hiring and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Schulz worked as a litigation attorney at another international labor and employment law firm.
