Overview
Leah B. Spero is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Spero concentrates her area of practice in commercial real estate leasing.
In addition, Ms. Spero has experience in complex lease drafting and negotiation in connection with retail sites, as well as involvement in the preparation of related agreements, including subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, amendments, modifications, terminations, and releases and waivers.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Spero spent almost 10 years as in-house counsel for a large retail tenant in Florida, as contracts and real estate counsel.
