Tim Strother

Tim Strother is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Strother focuses his practice on corporate matters for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance and general corporate representation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Strother was an attorney for an international law firm in its Houston office.
