Overview

Nigel Vorbrich is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Mr. Vorbrich assists clients in a range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate dispositions and private equity investments and recapitalizations. His experience includes working with clients in a range of industries, including financial institutions, manufacturing, construction, agriculture and a variety of healthcare sectors such as dental, skilled nursing and behavioral healthcare services. Additionally, he assists clients with periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Mr. Vorbrich also has experience assisting equine-related businesses. He has been involved in equestrian sports for more than two decades, and he is well versed in equine-related matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Vorbrich gained valuable experience as an associate in the Tennessee office of a full service law firm. Previously, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a logistics officer. Mr. Vorbrich continues his passion for service by providing pro bono representation to service members, veterans and veteran families facing legal challenges related to their business.
