Christine Younger is a tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Younger counsels clients on the tax considerations involved in public and private mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border financings, real estate investments, debt and equity capital markets transactions, and partnership and corporate restructurings.
In addition, Ms. Younger's experience includes tax-free reorganizations, preferred stock issuances, corporate and partnership equity compensation, opportunity zones, joint ventures, regulated investment companies (RICs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), debt and equity issuance documents, and other U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bankruptcy Court filings.
Previously, Ms. Younger gained valuable experience as a tax associate for Proskauer Rose in New York.
