M&A Lawyer Kevin Christmas Joins Holland & Knight in Charlotte

Charlotte, N.C. (March 5, 2019) – M&A and private equity lawyer Kevin Christmas has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm's Charlotte office. He was previously a partner with Troutman Sanders.

"We are very excited to welcome Kevin and his high-caliber corporate practice to Holland & Knight," said Tim Ryan, executive partner of the firm's Charlotte office. "Kevin's addition will allow us to offer sophisticated corporate services and add to the transactional work we do in Charlotte. It will also help us compete for deals originating both in and outside of Charlotte."

Mr. Christmas concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investment services and general corporate advisory work. For more than 15 years, he has advised clients on the full life cycle of business issues, from company formation and capital raising to exit strategies. Mr. Christmas has experience in numerous industry sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, financial services, distribution, software, retail, manufacturing, and mining and minerals. His practice includes representation of private equity funds, family offices, search fund investors, entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and public and private companies.

Mr. Christmas earned a J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
