Overview
Ashley Plemons is a partner in Holland & Knight's Corporate, M&A and Securities Section. Ms. Plemons has extensive experience leading clients through complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital investments, divestitures, restructurings and other corporate matters.
Ms. Plemons has led more than 150 merger, acquisition and disposition transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. She also has significant experience advising clients on financing and investment transactions, representing both investors and issuers. Additionally, she advises clients on all aspects of corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and other commercial transactions.
Ms. Plemons represents clients in commercial transactions in a variety of industries, including government contracting and defense, information technology (IT), financial services, financial technology (FinTech), professional services, healthcare, building supplies, software, hospitality and others.
