Government Contracts Partners David Black and Joseph Hornyak will speak at the National Contract Management Association's (NCMA) World Congress 2013. The event focuses on the collaborative, customizable training to help prepare everyone in the contracting profession for today's dynamic environment. 

Mr. Black and Mr. Hornyak will both speak in a breakout session titled "Small and Large Business Collaboration in the Federal Market." The session will focus on:

  • strategies for both small and large businesses to compete for work under set-aside procurements
  • advantages and disadvantages of a range of teaming relationships
  • an understanding of how to spot opportunities and structure teaming relationships for maximum benefit

Mr. Black will speak in another breakout session titled "GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contracting: Compliance Program Best Practices" that will address compliance program issues unique to Federal Supply Schedule contracts.

Mr. Hornyak will also speak in another breakout session titled "Cyber What? The Hottest Technology Trends and What they Mean for Federal Contractors from a Contractual Compliance and Legal Perspective" that will discuss technology trends with a focus on the compliance and legal ramifications.
