During this special morning seminar, you will learn about the new 2016 Zoning Regulations of the District of Columbia (ZR16) that were published on March 4 and are set to go in effect on September 6. This seminar will provide an update to our April 7 program and include a summary of several technical corrections that have been made to ZR16 since the regulations were published. Our presenters will provide an overview of the new regulations and discuss the new zoning map designations, how to go about understanding what provisions apply to your project and under what circumstances a project will be vested under the current zoning regulations (ZR58). We will also review substantive amendments currently under consideration by the Zoning Commission. A question-and-answer session will follow this highly informative program.
