Attorney Mark Kalpin will be speaking at the Energy Bar Association's 2017 Mid-Year Energy Forum. He will moderate the panel titled, "The (Long and Winding) Road to Developing Offshore Wind in the United States."
The panel will discuss the actions underway in the US to foster the development of offshore wind, compare those actions to the programs that have led to the successful development of over 12 GW of offshore wind in Europe and consider additional efforts that may be needed to ensure the success of the offshore wind industry in the US.
