Contracting and Compliance Issues Related to Ancillary and Downstream Vendors: An Interactive Discussion

During this year's Payers, Plans and Managed Care Group Luncheon at the annual meeting of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), Healthcare attorney Melissa Wong will engage in an interactive discussion on key contracting and compliance issues when working with ancillary and downstream vendors in the managed care space.

The panel will highlight potential pitfalls and best practices when contracting with other types of vendors to delegate management, administrative and benefit management responsibilities, utilizing case studies to help identify and address actual scenarios that participants are likely to encounter when working with such vendors.
