Attorneys Josias Dewey, Jeff Seul and Joshua Krumholz are attending the iTech Law 2019 World Technology Law Conference on May 15-17, 2019.

Mr. Seul and Mr. Krumholz will be discussing the disputes related to blockchain technology that have emerged in the financial sector on May 16 at 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET. The panel, entitled "Blockchain Disputes," will examine blockchain disputes regarding initial coin offerings (ICOs) and smart contracts.  Mr. Seul and Mr. Krumholz will assess options for processing these disputes, including litigation in national courts, international arbitration and emerging AI-based tools for dispute processing.

Mr. Dewey will speak on how technology has transformed the legal services delivery approach on May 17 at 11:15 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. ET. The panel entitled, "Tech Transformation of Legal Services Delivery: Opportunities, Barriers, and Potential Solutions," will discuss the current state of legal tech tools, as well as the opportunities and challenges presented by the use of tech tools in delivering legal services.
