American Bar Association 2020 Midyear Tax Meeting

Private Wealth Services Attorney Lauren Klein will speak on the final day of programming at the American Bar Association 2020 Midyear Tax Meeting. Panelists will discuss "Divorce in a Post-Tax Reform World, With a Focus on Cross-Border Issues and 1041."

Tax Attorney Nicole Elliott will also present "The Long Road: Laying the Foundation for Trial During the Audit" at the Tax Meeting. This panel will focus on strategies and tactics during an IRS audit with an eye to the courtroom.
