FCPA in Action: Latin America

Anti-Corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Partner Wifredo Ferrer will participate in a virtual roundtable discussion on recent developments in cases and investigations that involve applying FCPA in Latin America. Panelists will share their experiences with doing business in certain Latin American jurisdictions as well as analyze the risks of doing so. They will also explore what Latin American countries can do to thwart corruption and align with international anti-corruption and compliance standards. The discussion is hosted by the Global Legal Studies Initiative at the Florida International University College of Law.
