PPP Loan Fraud Enforcement: Where It Stands and Where It’s Headed

White Collar Defense and Investigations attorneys Brian Hayes, Sam Louis and Justo Mendez will present a Lexology webinar titled "PPP Loan Fraud Enforcement: Where It Stands and Where It’s Headed." They will provide an overview of the many resources deployed by the government to investigate Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) fraud, as well as the status of its criminal and civil enforcement efforts to date.
