Our morning will feature a fireside chat with Michèle Flournoy, former Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, the co-founder of global risk assessment strategy group West Exec, and current chair of The Center for a New American Security (CNAS). At the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), Ms. Flournoy served as the principal advisor to the Secretary of Defense in the formulation of national security and defense policy, oversight of military plans and operations, and in National Security Council deliberations.

Our panelists will offer their unique perspectives on assessing risk in uncertain times while maintaining focus on growth and value. Our discussion will explore the market's continued focus on DOD and national security funding priorities, space, technological differentiation and agility as drivers for growth and M&A activity.

Our panel will include Carey Smith, Chairwoman and CEO of Parsons, as well as Kevin Kelly, President and Chairman of Arcfield, strategic decision-makers affecting national security and intelligence, defense readiness and public policy. They will be joined by David Kaden, a former member of the National Security Council staff during the Obama Administration, who now leads investments in aerospace and defense as Managing Director at Blackstone in the Tactical Opportunities group. Raymond James Managing Director Sam Maness will facilitate our fireside chat, and Holland & Knight M&A and Capital Markets Partner David Cole will moderate the panel.

Following the panel discussion, Raymond James Managing Director Brian Gesuale will provide us current economic and market information on the government technology solutions industry.
